Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that if you feel comfortable, it is very OK to post your thoughts and experiences on someone elses' post or even create your own. You can talk about anything here, whatever is on your mind. In fact, the very best way this forum works for everyone is to support each other. So, if you have a thought, or feeling, or question, or a story, or you read a post and think.."wow, I can so relate to that". Please share it. We all have different experiences and different joys and different hurts. And we all have a voice that deserves to be heard.
Please know, We all can learn from each other, we all can feel supported just knowing that someone hears us or reads our posts. It is ok to share. There is no right or wrong way to share a thought or feeling or experience. All thoughts are welcome.
I was very fortunate to have many brave women and men on this forum support me as I healed from the abusive relationships I found myself in. It was a life saver for me. I couldn't be a survivor without the wonderful people I have "chatted" with on this forum.
Please feel free to share your thoughts. No one here judges, no one is here to tell anyone what is the right thing or wrong thing to do. What is so nice about this is when everyone shares, we all are helped. One of the nice things too, is we can take comfort in knowing that we are not alone in our life experiences. Whatever your situation, if you are in a relationship that is abusive, or you are not sure if your relationship is abusive , or you are recovering from domestic violence, it is ok to share if you want to.
Everyone here is welcome. Please don't be afraid to share. This forum is designed with safety in mind and remaining anonymous is perfectly fine.
