"Anxiety is a prevalent issue worldwide, and has been especially recognised in the UK. Many Brits get very stressed about things such as work, a lack of work, school, family life, abuse in the home, and so forth. It affects us all from toddlers to pensioners, and is incredibly common. Anxiety however isn't the end of the world as it can easily be managed with the right course of therapy. The thoughtful folks at Klearminds have come up with a great graphic discussing the ins and outs of anxiety from who suffers to how to curb it to help you recognise the symptoms in loved ones, or even yourself." This inforgraphic gives a good overview of the extent of the problem of anxiety (and depression) in the UK, though I should imagine the figures are much the same in most first world countries. www.hiddenhurt.co.uk/anxiety.htmlPlease read, like and share.
